🎓 Academic Mobility at the University of Rzeszów
🔔 Call for Applications
 In connection with the project 2024-1-PL01-KA171-HED-000198210, the University of Rzeszów announces a call for students and staff to participate in academic mobility within the frameworks of international cooperation programs (Erasmus+, bilateral agreements, exchange programs).
 We invite all those interested to join the international academic community and gain new experience in studying, teaching, or training.
📌 Rules for Selection and Implementation of Mobility
- 
Eligible participants: students of all levels (Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD), as well as academic, teaching, and administrative staff.
 - 
Selection is based on:
o Academic performance (for students),
o Motivation letter,
o Proficiency in a foreign language (English or the language of the destination country – minimum B1 level, and B2 for English Philology),
o Recommendations from teachers or supervisors (if required). - 
Preference is given to candidates actively involved in research and community activities.
 
Information for teachers:
- 
The teacher must be selected from a faculty/department related to the subject area specified in an already signed inter-institutional agreement, or from another faculty, in which case an additional agreement will be signed.
 - 
The teacher must deliver 8 hours of lectures during their stay at the University of Rzeszów.
 - 
The duration of stay should be planned for 5 days (Monday – Friday) excluding travel time. Travel should be scheduled for weekends.
 - 
Teachers will receive a 7-day grant plus travel cost reimbursement.
 - 
Minimum English language proficiency: B2.
 - 
Preference is given to teachers who have never participated in Erasmus+.
 
Information for students:
- 
Students must be selected from a field of study included in an already signed inter-institutional agreement, or from another field, in which case a new inter-institutional agreement must be signed before mobility.
 - 
The field of study at the University of Rzeszów must match the field of study at the home university.
 - 
Students must be at least in their second year of a Bachelor’s program at the time of mobility.
 - 
The total duration of mobility cannot exceed 12 months for Bachelor’s and 12 months for Master’s studies.
 - 
Students must arrive one week before the start of studies.
 - 
Preference is given to students who have never participated in Erasmus+.
 - 
The decision on acceptance for mobility is made by a special selection committee.
 
💶 Mobility Funding
Participants receive a grant covering:
- 
Accommodation expenses,
 - 
Travel expenses (train/plane tickets),
 - 
Partially – insurance and visa fees.
 
The amount of funding depends on the destination country and program conditions.
 For Erasmus+ – funding is provided according to the European Commission rates.
 Students do not pay tuition fees at the University of Rzeszów.
📝 Required Documents
Students and staff participating in mobility must submit:
- 
Application form,
 - 
Motivation letter,
 - 
CV (Europass format),
 - 
Academic transcript / Transcript of Records (for students),
 - 
Learning Agreement (study or traineeship agreement),
 - 
Letter of Acceptance (from the University of Rzeszów),
 - 
Grant Agreement (funding agreement).
 
Participants must have valid health insurance for the entire mobility period.
 For EU students and staff – the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) is recommended.
 Accident and liability insurance is also mandatory.
📌 Visa and Stay
- 
EU citizens do not need a visa to stay in Poland.
 - 
Non-EU citizens must obtain a national student or work visa.
 - 
The University of Rzeszów provides an official invitation letter required for visa application.
 - 
Participants must register their place of residence in Poland according to current legislation.
